In a remarkable celebration of the 12th International Yoga Day 2026, K. Meena of Andiappan Yoga Centre successfully organized a special yoga awareness event aimed at promoting the importance of “Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”
As part of the grand celebration, a large group of students enthusiastically participated in a unique yoga performance, successfully completing 26 yoga asanas within 12 minutes. The event showcased the participants’ flexibility, concentration, discipline, and commitment to the practice of yoga while highlighting its benefits for maintaining health and vitality throughout life.
