Pen and Pencil Preschool, Sholinganallur Branch, Chennai, successfully organized a meaningful Social Awareness Program themed “AVOID GADGETS | AVOID CELL PHONES” for a Healthy Future. The initiative witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 50 students.
The activity-based program was thoughtfully designed to create awareness among young children about the importance of reducing gadget and mobile phone usage. Through engaging activities, interactive sessions, and age-appropriate demonstrations, students were encouraged to adopt healthier and more mindful habits from an early age.
The children actively participated with great excitement and curiosity, understanding the value of outdoor play, face-to-face interaction, creative activities, and family bonding time over excessive screen exposure. The event aimed to instill positive lifestyle choices that contribute to better physical health, improved concentration, and overall well-being.
