Sonepat, Haryana – May 23, 2025

In a landmark moment for sustainable culinary innovation, the Faculty of Tourism, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, under the Department of Hotel Management at SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonepat, proudly etched its name in history by preparing 601 portions of Vegan Biryani with Mock Meat—setting a Nova World Record (Record No. NWR-2025-1188).

This initiative not only showcased exceptional culinary skill but also reinforced SRM’s commitment to sustainable, healthy, and cruelty-free eating.
