H S Srikesh is a 13 year old boy, who started to learn at the age of 6, Under the guidance of his mother and yoga Guru Mrs. J Sasikala, he practices yoga everyday with sincere dedication and determination. He is studying in class 8 in a private school in Pammal. He had participated in yoga competition held District level,State level and also International yoga competition held in Pondicherry. His motive was to get world record from the day he got prize in State level. He practiced yoga on the pot daily morning and evening to get the world record And he took place in Nobel World Record by doing MAXIMUM NUMBER OF (85) YOGA ASANAS IN 16 MINUTES 40 SECs ON THE POT
