N. Varun
Known for his beautiful smile, our little star, N. Varun of class 2 had always stood by the expectations set by his master, Yoga Ratna, Mr. Nithyan. His desire and readiness to learn yoga at the age of 8 left everyone in utter amazement in Trupti Yoga. Words will fall short if we have to praise him for everything he had done in and after the sessions – be it putting back the mats in a proper order or helping his friends to improve the posture, he is outstanding. He embraces the Noble World Record for performing Paschimottanasana by holding Karagam for 25 minutes. We on behalf of Trupti Yoga family, the best of luck for his future.
